Ed Toomey is a known predatory scam contractor. He operates without a contractors license or insurance, he will promise the moon and deliver a substandard job that in the end will never pass inspection. He is a smooth talker and has lots of experience in the building trade... But he uses his knowledge to harm others.

Ed Toomey will think nothing of ripping you off and will disappear into the night never to be heard of again once he has your check.

I am shocked that a reputable company like D & J Electric would have anything to do with Ed Toomey. He is bad news and you should avoid him at all cost.
