ED Toomey sold him self as a competent contractor... Ed Toomey has created a disaster for me and I wanted to warn others to be very careful if they are foolish enough to choose to do business with ED. He pulled the wool over my eyes big time... He did not pull permits he did not get 1 inspection done... The bank has told me I have an illegal structure on my hands. I do not know about Harmony Remodeling and Restoration they may be great however I do know about Ed Toomey... There must be other contractors... If I were you I would not take the risk.
