Several times sent documentation for a modification loan only to be told that i did not qualify. Made several attempts to set up payment arrangements, even had set up payments

Was asked several times to send documentation to apply for a modification to my mortgage, only to be told that I did not qualify. Made several attempts to make payment arrangements, did actually have a payments plan set up where they took 1 payment then told me that i did not qualify for that either. They held 2 payments and went on with foreclosure proceedings. I in turn then and went through a third party to help in the modification. Which cost me more money and had to re do my whole loan and lost 10 years of equity in my home. I paid 10 yrs only to lose in the long run.
