The sears grand on day creek blvd in rancho cucamonga ca is deplorable! The disaster of a work enviornment that i walked into mad me sick. I was a customer trying to find a product when i found a manager she had a huge attitude and acted as though i was interrupting her day. She rolled her eyes at me when i asked her about a different product The entire store was swellteringly hot (it was already 100 degrees outside) I had asked the manager why they didnt have the air on and she replied "were cutting back on electricty costs" the employees were sweating and obviously miserable when this manager noticed that i was staring at an employee she then proceeded to yell at the employee telling her to wipe that disgusting look off of her face, mind you i was one of approximately 30 customers near the woman at that time i was dumbfounded the gull of this woman is insane. After this incident occured i met a former employee who was fired due to the fact that she refused to sign a waiver stating that she would not sue the company for unsafe work enviornment and if they were ever to get hurt at work they could not sue the company nor are they allowed to file for workmans comp! Someone needs to help these people!!! If i knew the correct steps on how to stop these people i would do it in a heartbeat these are people not animals!!! Someone please help!
