Naoma Schmidt, owner of the business: Nature's Keeper Landscape Design talked her way through 5 other contractors we were interviewing for the job. She took our 16,900 and pocketed most of the money. The wall we picked out to match our neighbors, she didn't do. She put up a very cheap wall. She claimed to make up for it in the yard, which She failed to do. Naoma Schmidt contradicted everything in the contract, what she didn't contradict, she did not do. Naoma Schmidt did not complete the sod, did not clean up the mess she made. A bill for the part of the sod came to our house and we returned to sender with her buisness address. On top of giving her the $16,900 dollars, We also paid for the 600.00 for the haul truck and another 650.00 to haul it away. We paid additional 1250.00. She left the sod on pallets for over a week, [I have pictures of this], my son and I put it down to keep from it dieing. We are left with our front only half finish and our back not done at all. So upset, its like we gave all that money away and ended up with very little. I called her several time to at least come put the rest of the sod down before it dies, and she said for 250.00 more dollars. I was so shocked. I have pictures of everything as well as the contract.
