Overcharged never finished work

I had been cited a cost by Raymond (the dog owner) for many sketches I needed ASAP. After I visited choose up the cost, he up'd the price $300. I truly require the ideas now-so I paid using the contract when there is any modifications had a need to the sketches he'd look after it at no additional cost. Well, the town requested for modifications and guess who had been nowhere found. The Idiot never returns my calls regardless of how many messages I keep. Avoid this person.
