On November 18 I saw this a king size bed advertised for $2,000 on EFSYLE.com and called to buy the bed. I was told by the Manager (Victor) that their credit card mechanic was not working. After I made a deposit of $2,000 to the this account, I was told the King size bed will be shipped in 1 week. 1 month passed and no Bed no answer from them. When i called back on December 15 I was told by Victory the Manager that they don't have the Bed in stock and they already issued me a cheque for $2,000. Again 1 month passed by I called in January 20.
I was told they haven't processed the cheque because the Owner is traveling to Europe and they need his signature. I had no choice by to wait another month and month and month. 6 month passed by and still I haven't heard from them. Every time i call them they will tell me that the manager is no their call back tomorrow. I tried sending a letter to the manager through UPS and the letter came back to me because the address they put is fake. I have no idea how to get my $2,000 back.
