I had received a small Knicks jersey as a holiday gift in December. It was a bit too small, so during the first week of January I mailed it back in exchange for a medium of the same jersey. After over a month, the company failed to even email me to recognize that they received my exchange. When I finally reached out to them in February they told me that there were no more mediums left and that their estimated arrival for more is 2-3 weeks. Not really wanting to wait another month until would receive a new jersey, I asked them to just cancel the exchange and send back my small. However, when I asked for my small back, they said they had already given it away to someone else!!! How do you give away my jersey if you don't have one to give back to me??? Was very aggravated but decided to just wait the 2-3 weeks for the mediums to arrive and just get my new jersey then. That was in February. It is now JUNE, and they still do not have any medium jerseys, nor abysmally, including the one I sent them as an exchange. I did NOT return my small. I EXCHANGED it! Since it was an exchange, they had no right to give away my part of the exchange without having their part to give to me. It has now been over 6 months tht I've been waiting for my Knicks jersey. NY Knicks store still has no definite time of when they are going to receive more small and/or medium jerseys. To make matters worse, this company doesn't even have a telephone to speak to their customers!!! They make us email in and wait days for responses, if they even decide that they would like to answer your email. I've emailed them asking onto have a manager call me COUNTLESS times, yet have not received a single call or answer back to those emails. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. This has been ridiculous.
