I am sure I will be adding to this complaint, but today my active complaint is the overcharge on the packing supplies list, and the fact the customer service department is openly ignoring my complaint. I have made numerous phone calls to get the price adjusted before delivery which have been openly ignored. One service agent told me "an adjustment is not going to happen". Emails to the company go unanswered. If you ever use this company, or I'm sure any moving company, be sure to have a calculator on hand, do your own math!
