On April 30 I ordered product from this company in the amount of $132.79. On May 3 I was notified the product had been shipped. May 21 I contacted company to inquire on status of order and was told they were having difficulties with their payment processor and had not been funded for the orders between April 28 and May 4. So, from that statement, I am guessing my products were never shipped like I was lead to believe.
November 30, after several unanswered phone calls and many unanswered emails I filed a complaint with the BBB. Only then was I informed the business was under new ownership and my complaint would need to be taken up with the prior owner. I have now filed a second report with the BBB for customer service regarding unanswered phone calls and emails. This is totally unacceptable practice by any company. How many customers would they hope to retain with this type of service. I know the company I work for would never allow this type of behavior.
I am now going to file a complaint with the State of Illinois Attorney General as well.
I will never do business with this company again.
