When ordering math made easy product they automatically take the money out of your checkbook or credit card. I sent the product back and the company received it on 1/5/06. As of 3/14/06 I still have not received a refund.in the companies refund policy they state "they will refund money immediately and cheerfully". The company Math Made Easy also charge you 19.95 for shipping when I sent the package back to the company the same way it was sent to me and it cost me 4.40. I have called Math Made Easy quite a bit and all I hear is the money will be there by friday. That was 1 1/2 months ago. I have emailed them several times with no answer. This company is a big rip off. Math Made Easy was to send a workbook to go with the dvd's. The workbook was photostat copies and the dvd's look like they had been made off a personal computer. This company seems to be a big fraud.
