Although the owner was very nice he was not doing the work and once there was a problem did not return calls. The materials were sub-standard and the workmanship was horrible and careless, the contractor that came to finish the job had to rip everything out, nothing was straight, nothing was square, bolts not connected, crooked cuts, random nails and screws, nothing covered and left a mess all around. Slapped together like they did not care.
I got a lot of promises but these guys just don't know what they are doing. They got my money and I got a mess. Favorite answer was we are going to fix that later of put some calk on it. Why not just do it right the first time? Beware not the best choice if you care about your house. If you are looking for a contractor make sure you get someone who's work you have seen first hand and work that is similar to what you are doning, do go by the pictures on the website.
