Sloppy work

I put a deposit for a home at the Village of Long Creek in Delaware location. Everything sounded great with the sales rep and the builders until they started construction on my new home. When they were putting down the floor trusses on the beams I noticed that most of the floor joists were crowned backwards and the other have of the joists split and cracked. The installation of the joists were sub-par and the nailing to the girder were only with a few nails and most of the nails still were missing the girder. I told the contractor their that your work was crappy and to my surprise he agreed with me. I had to show him how to secure the floor joists and he assured me he will finish the rest of the floor to standard. I came back the next day and to my surprise it was worse the next day. The Boss left and the job was left to 2 young boys who didn't have ant experience. The started the sub-floor plywood and mad a total mess with the glue to the joists. There was glue everywhere, dripping on the joists all over the basement floor (which was supposed to be painted)... I complained to the President of benchmark and LUCK me was told that I will be getting back my deposit monies because the could build to my standards... BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy from Benchmark... I asked If I could show the sub-par work to a manager on site, so an appointment was set. I showed up on time and the manager walked up to me and said I don't see anything wrong and don't waste my time... The yelled at me and said ' It's not my problem anymore, go to other avenues " I was lucky to get my money... The workmanship is horrible and they will not fix any crappy work you point out to them... Beware!!!
