Clayton Homes Vanderbilt and Clayton homes Rippoff

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Manufactored Home builders and Clayton Homes need to be sued in a class action lawsuit and sued over and over again.
We were told that we could not buy a moble home unless we signded a title release to our
property and I told them I could not do that because it was owned buy the bank not us and they still tried to force this. I told them it was illagel and I would not break the law.
I've always wondered if they forged signatures on something.
We were also sold an extended warrenty as an insurance policy so they scammed us there
too.
The my son-in-law gets paid ever two weeks and this changes around the time of the month that the payment is made. When My daughter told the today that she would pay the payment on
the 28th she was almost told to quit school and not teach part time and go to school, in other
words "get a real job." yes they have slow in the past like everyone else. This person
also told her to find another mortgage company and we told her that we had tried to do this
and vanderbilt would release the mortgage so that we could get a new loan. This is one of the
biggest class action lawsuits in the nation, they are underminding the President of These United states.
This home is 6 years old and is in terrible shape, the 2 pieces of the house did not fit together
the paint on the celling was a different white on half of the house and they sent some on out
to paint it and his paint was a different color yet and he smeared up the hall, where the
hall met the living room the floor was higher on one side of the seam and caused us
to trip, they came and messed around under the house and said they would have to
"float it" this has caused the carpet to rinkle in the family room, bed rooms and the hall.
Then the cabinet fronts that were press board and plastic stick on are wearing off witch makes
them appear to have had grease or something poared on them all over them, and around the
knobs have black warn places.
Its sad when the quality of a manufactored home doesn't last 6 years.
I just warn everyone I know about their quility and scams, if anough people arount Fort Hood
find out about their cams, and illigal dealings they will go out of bussiness. (It couldn't happen
to more diserving people)
