Consumer beware. This individual will not go any efforts in correcting what has been done wrong. Mr. Wright files bankruptcy with a company he owns and shortly after opens another company under the name BW Services L.L.C. His first line of business was creating a mass mailing post card that C & W Heating and Cooling is no longer in business and blames it on a deflated economy. Funny he never mentions that he never corrected issues from customer (s) that he depends on. His company has been incompetent and dishonest with the service he has performed for me. Since 2011 he has already racked 3 complaints with the BBB and from the report has only made one right which I would guess the complainant was truly not satisfied. This shows me that Mr. Wright would rather run from his problems than make them right. Any one considering doing business with Mr. Wright should do there homework first.
