We performed simultaneous Mandarin interpretation services for ASI Conference Systems (Vivian Wright, the manager) for a conference in sanjose convention center in October.
As of today, November 30, we still have not received a check from Vivian Wright-Bolton or Vivian Wright, or ASI Conference Systems (a Las Vegas based company)
We sent several emails to [email protected], called her and left her voicemail, but Vivian Wright-Bolton seldom replied to any of them.
She did reply to one of the interpreters, asking for bank information and promising to deposit the money into the account. But that interpreter didn't get the money till today.
Her cellphone always sets in voicemail and it's hard to find her talk about the payment issue.
Vivian, if you have a chance to read this report, would you please ask your bookkeeper to take care of this matter ASAP? We have family to support and we hope you should never default on interpreters.
