We called action appliance to diagnose our dishwasher problem. They charged us $250 to fix a broken valve. This did not fix the problem. When we requested them to return to address this issue, the technician was rude, and reported that he could fix the dishwasher for an additional $350. We called action appliance customer service for a refund on the $200 for the faulty diagnosis and work that did not fix the problem (NOTE: we were not at all upset to pay the $54 service visit - just the $200 for work that did not fix the problem). The customer service representative was rude, refused a refund and hung up on me.
