In early December Gulf Coast delivered mix to my residence 12-14 to complete a job for Anderson Construction. I had a new (concrete) apron poured by county demand By Wiggins Concrete on 9-23. Gulf Coast, during the delivery 12-14 drove directly from the road onto my property, driving over the new apron with no discussion with the homeowner or current Contractor. The concrete apron was broken on both
sides. Gulf Coast insists their drivers NEVER enter a property without consultation with the homeowner or contractors. THIS IS NOT SO! Their driver had no such discussion, but rather drove directly from the road
onto my property. AFTER their truck was on my property. Discussion as to the location of my septic system did then occur.in previous deliveries I had taken down sections of fence to allow heavy deliveries to avoid
my drive and apron.
