Nick Charles contacted in April with offer to sell timeshare. Obtained form me $3200 and never fullfil the promis. Todaty when I called on thi company phone the phone is disconnected

In April I was contacted by Nick Charles with an offer to sell my tree time shares to a group of investors within 3-6 months, hawever documentation and title dearch will cost me $3200, which I paid. Then within the past year I called hem few times about progress and every time got another promise and wait month ot two. Then Nick disappered and Evin Mezo returned one of my phone calls in October. Last time I contacted company on 2/29 and left message, but no one returned the call. Today March 16 Ifound that the company phone is disconnected...
