Evening news and hold Fulton accountable, Me and my wife are currently over $30.000 in out of pocket cost and looking at another $20K to get to a arbitration hearing scheduled For mid July Our basement has been completely gutted for over a year. Fulton has never properly pretreated for termites in any of the basement homes in this entire subdivision.
Our home was treated for termites 8 times in the first 18 months after purchasing it brand-new from Fulton homes. We found out in February they were treating our home for termite Infestation 8 months before we even wrote a contract on it all together they treated it 4 times before we even moved in. Basement we discovered concrete issues cracking everywhere uneven floors no control joints missing pressure treated lumber floor trusses coming apart and the latest thing we just found in January was they never properly pretreated for termites from the day our home was built.instead of being accountable and telling us that they never properly pretreated they just keep sending
Out the termite company and drilling hole everywhere in our concrete, patios front and rear, all post tension 2 car garage, single car garage, also all post tension concrete, to date they are around 16 treatments. The problem is they can't access 3/4 of the basement walls were they never properly pretreated because it's covered by concrete from the first floor of the home. It's truly

When in fact it should have been over twice that amount. The code that states that is R4-29-305 section D depth per foot, the federal label law stickered on the Telstar chemical itself also states how too correctly apply the chemical. We would be truly grateful for any help anyone could give us, and educating future valley home buyers on things they should be looking for and asking about next time they buy a home.
And documentation, so we can make sure Fulton never does this to anyone ever again. We also have muitiple other construction defects.
