We ordered a coffee table on 2/1 from ViveDecor which was received damaged. Eric instructed us to email pictures of coffee table and box which we did. We received another coffee table, but it was also damaged. We also sent pictures of the damaged table and box to Eric, and requested a refund this time. Never received a response from Eric. Called and talked to Chris and he saw where a new coffee table was to be sent. I told him that we had requested a refund as we didn't want to mess with this anymore. He said that a refund would be issued and that refunds are issued twice a week, so we should see that refund soon. After 10 days and no refund, I sent Eric an email on 3/23 and told him the situation and asked him to please make sure this is taken care of which he assured me that he would make it happen. It's now 3/29 and still no refund. I called ViveDecor but there was no answer (which happens a lot), so I left a message for Eric to call. I looked at your business store front which is a house in a neighborhood, so I'm no sure about what's going on there, but I hope that you know how important a good reputation is and that a bad reputation follows you wherever you go.
