Siren deceptive practices, poor customer service

First they tell you that your contract is only two years, and come to find out it is 5. Then they tell you maintenace and batteries are part of the package. Only to find out every time they come out it is $25.00.

I called because my key fob stopped working. So I changed the battery myself, and it still did not work. So i called technical assistance, he said he could help me, then changed his tune and said a technician would have to come out and there would be a charge.

I looked on the internet and someone had the same issue and they had posted the steps on how to do the programming yourself. It took one minute.

All they care about is multiple visits to your house for service calls.

Now i am locked in this contract for 41 more months At 49.95 per month or I can pay a cancelation fee of $2163.89 how nice of them. I have taken all of their sign down and would never reccomend them to anyone.

Be advised the system they use you can purchase online much cheaper and install yourself. And find a monitoring service online for approximately $11 a month instead of the $49.95 they guys charge. Dont be fooled by the smooth talking sales man talking down the online monitoring or the systems you install your self it is the same thing they use. Simon xt.
