Charlene Diefel and Keith Schwabinger, Real bottom feeders these two. The property is in foreclosure. They list a 5,000 sf pool which is lile Olympic size, it isn't. They describe an awesome house with a great room but then say that part is for rent also. What you end up with is an average size room with a small sitting area for everyone (as many as they can get in the house) for a steep rent.
The City of Largo is set to shut it down as a boarding house and DCF is looking into it because they are moving children in. They just took $2400 from someone for a house up the street that was CONDEMED two days later. Oh and they come and go as they please with no notice, walking in the house without even knocking.
