Well to begin we call this person to help us out of our house and to get out from under a mortgage we could no longer afford for reasons of miss representation on our Realtor who sold us the house not letting us talk with original owners. That we got in over our heads with on going repairs to home that we need to seek out help in order to get out from under mortgage. We got a postcard on the mail from Diamond Enterprises offering to help get us out from our situation. Basically we buy houses deal, so were thinking great lets call this company and be out from under this house. So Kieth comes out looks over house and basically says okay we can help you out. We told him all we wanted was $10,000 and to be out from under this house. To which he said you can stay in your house till it is sold. Then came back to us saying he needed us to move out so as to do work on house to make it sell able. We told him we couldn't afford to move till house was sold. He came back with i can help you get into a place and give you other half after sale of house. So we found an Apartment we paid the security deposit and first months rent and he paid us back after we had to barrow from family to do it which was only $1,500.00 not the $10,000 he promised. So he did repairs, put up signs, we went and signed some presale paper work, and after a few months house was sold. So we waited to get a check in the mail never saw one so I called him and he says because you took refrigerator out of house i'm not paying you the other part of what i owe you for I had to put a new refrigerator in house. The point being is we never saw the rest of the money he owed us and we never signed the rest of the paper work to give house over to them or a buyer. To this day we are unsure as to what legal recourse we do or don't have and to that end what it would cost to go after him for what he rightfully owes us.
In ending we were contacted a year or so later to sign some papers that needed to be signed called back but never were called again.
