Everything I have read here is very familiar. Same song, same dance. Hes your best pal until he has posession of your house, then when you call because the payment has not been made he ignores you. I even went as far as to email him from a different email address and he answered immediatley. I am currently in the process of evicitng the family he was 'selling' my house to. This man has ruined my credit and I have drained all of my assets to keep this nightmare he created afloat. This monster needs to be stopped. I am currently talking to my attorney about sueing him, has anyone else had any success with tracking him down? He has a facebook where he has been advertising these so-called meetings he hosts, maybe some of us should show up and call him out.
