I worked for choo-choo homes from 05-12 to 06-12, they marked every home up 20 to 25 thousand dollars over invoice prices. They also marked up their set up fees, the manager chris marion is a con artist and crook.
They put funds in consumers bank account to help them get financed, easy for them to do when they are ripping consumers off. Another warning landowners, dont sign nothing with these shady people, if you signed your land over to them as collateral for your home purchase, if you dont do everything the way they say, they will take your land from you and sell it to someone else.
They fired me and the manager chris marion said he was going to pay me for the last week i worked, he didnt i didnt go see him because he is not worth the time to get in trouble over 375.00. But i swear he is a snake in the grass, dont trust him at all.
