We contraced with Choo Choo homes for a home for 173,000 (including land). By the time weve closed on the home, it had inflated to more than $204,000 without justification nor any notification from Choo Choo homes. At closing, they signed a punch list to be completed within 30 days. 3 months past this date, this list remains incomplete. WE have contacted the Better Business Bureau on multiple occasions with absolutely no response... They have been nothing short of useless.
