Did not deliver item that was paid for as promised and will now not return calls Sydney

I purchased a designer lamp from a stall at the famous Rocks Markets in Sydney Australia held by AlexNoble Creations. They were promoting free postage within 2 days of purchase and as i was returning to Queensland by plane a accepted the offer of posting it to me. I paid for the lamp in full and provided my postage adress. It has now been 3 weeks and the item has not arrived, i have left several messages on his mobile and sent 3 emails and Im yet to hear from anyone. As i live interstate Im unable to just simply return to the markets and deal with it face to face
