Rudy Espinoza gave us an Estimate on September 7 for the remodeling of our kitchen. The remodeling consisted of new custom made cabinetry. The next day 09/08 he was given a deposit to start the work and get all materials needed.
The construction of the cabinets was to begin on 10/05 and were to be available for view on 10/11 and once we approved the cabinets, they were to be installed on 10/12 and completed on 10/14. None of this happened. He had nothing done what so ever and failed to honor the contract. He only came to the house to continue taking measurements and collect more money for supposed materials.
He already had all the measurements down from the beginning and there was no need for him to keep measuring when the area remained the same. Several days went by after the completion date on the contract of 10/14 and still we had no kitchen.By this time he had already received over half of the payment for the work he was supposed to complete. Rudy was full of excuses for not completing the work and would not show up with anything done or have anything to show us.
He also does not half any kind of contractor license or "inspector license" which he had printed on his business card that he was a "home inspector". He also claimes to be "A fully insured and bonded company" Which I believe is completely false. Also all the phone numbers on his contract page and website are disconnected now and non existent.
We got fed up with his lies and excuses that we told him that we wanted our money back and were not going to be requiering of his services. He said he would return the money in two weeks and left our house angry. The two weeks and more went buy and has not returned our money. We've been unable to successfully contact Rudy regarding this matter. Rudy Espinoza is dishonest and a thief.
