Julie Friesen told us what we needed to hear to make a house purchase from her. "Buyer beware" may be alright if you don't ask the questions but when you ask specific questions, we were completely lied to.
Her lies cost us thousands upon thousands of dollars and we are still facing issues to this day. She is the most unethical person I have ever done any business with and when we brought up these issues, she hid behind lawyers. A complete lowlife.
Her only interest was to make her commission and not to make the purchaser happy. The house was practically destroyed by the original owners from the time we saw it at the showing/made the offer to the time we moved in and she couldn't care less.
I haven't met too many awful people in my life, but she is by far at the top of the list for being an awful person. She tried to make it come across like she was a religious girl from a small town, but she was actually the devil in sheep's clothing. She ripped us off big time and I regret the day I ever stepped into her house showing.
