We contracted for a concrete flooring treatment for our basement. We specifically asked Ben at what part of the remodel process would he prefer to do the floor. He said at the end, AFTER the paint was on the walls.
The first phase was poorly done at best. He got stain all over the newly painted walls and trim, the floor was not as we had agreed upon (not glossy enough), and there were places with too much overcoat or not enough. He came back to clean the walls and touch up the floor. He did not get the paint all off and we had to have our basement remodeler repaint those areas. The floor rcv'd another overcoat and looked nice in places, but had too much product and was chipping off in other places.
He agreed to refund part of our money ($500), but never sent the check and now will not return our calls.
He is a nice man, but does poor work and will not stand by his work.
