I have been a regular visitor to the Firestone AutoCare located on S. Diary Ashford Houston. The fact that i quote 'regular' very well speaks about the service rendered. I first visited in December to get my battery replaced with a new one. Then in January i again visited them as my battery drained. I checked with them and even asked them to check for any possible leaks. The reply i got was there was no leak and everything looked good. The blame was put on the battery and i was duly replaced with another one. Now again last week i visited them for yet again a battery drain problem. This time they examined the vehicle and informed us that the negative terminal was corroded and had to be replaced. When i enquired why this was not detected earlier the rep snubbed me. I got the negative terminal replaced. Now today i try and start the car and lo! Its the same problem again. God knows what they would come up with now. I guess i would have to be wise now to go to a different auto care.
