I ordered a $550 dollar cabinet and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. On the 5 week mark I was a little concerned so i called the support line. They were polite and advised me that they had some quality control issues and that they need to remake or reorder my cabinet.
With the holidays approaching they said that they would not be able to ship until the first of the year. Reluctantly I said okay and waited. The 3rd of January calls were made to the company with on answer. Support lines were shut down and emails not returned. Complaints started to appear on sites with stories of others with the same problems or worse. Some even charged two or three times for the same product.
It seems awful planed they way it was all handled. It was as if they had me wait as long as they could and as a result my 45 day window to file a claim with my PayPal account was closed. I have no recourse other then filing
complaints with the BBB in New York and the Consumer Protection Agency, which I have done.
