Ordered plants and mailed check 11 April. Received nothing. No other phone or e-mail listed. Check cashed 10 days after sent. Ripoff

I ordered 12 "Hardy Lavender" plants and mailed check 22.95 on 11 April. Received nothing as of this date. No other phone or e-mail was listed. When I went on line to contact them I read all about the rip-off. My check was cashed 10 days after it was sent.
