N June Elite Builders accepted thousands of dollars as a down payment to replace my soffit, fascia, spouting and gutter guard. It's now December and no work has been done. The company will not answer my phone calls, respond to email or accept certified mail. They owe me over $4000 so I've filed a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB. My next step is to talk with the DA because several others have filed similar complaints with the BBB.
