I had applied for a loan and got turned down. They sent me a copy of my credit report to follow up with any discrepencies and sure enough there was Leasecomm. I noticed that they had reported that I had been over 30 days late in paying my account over a course of 7 months.
This prompted me to retrieve all my previous bills which at one point I had noticed that they charged me late fees every month even when I was not late so I called and complained in regards to that issue. They corrected it and gave me a refund for my late fees but now its on my credit report and I have the bills that clearly mark the date the payment was recieved in their office which is prior to the due date.
I wanted to call them and get this corrected and began a search on the web for a number when I came across several web sites with complaints on this company. I called and spoke to a customer service rep by the name of Kelly Oshe if thats her real name, and she would not or more so rudely stated she had no time to go over each month of payments with me. So in return I asked her to tell me the dates of any payments that had been listed over 30 days late she could only name one which is correct and but that still leaves 6 times unaccounted for which she claims is non exsistent on their system yet its listed on my credit report and she said that there is no way to correct a mistake that is not doen in error.
I did and do not understand that because she said there is only one late payment listed but the 7 that was reported was not in error? She then stated that I would have to fax her a copy of my credit report which I do not feel is her business to recieve but I did say that I would fax a copy of my payment history along with the copy of all the bills and there payment recieved date but she refused that as well.
So now I am looking to file a report with the credit agency and have an investigation on leasecomm done regarding my account there but if there is ever any action that is being taken by the people on this site whatever that action may be please keep me informed I would love to help you all out in making the truth known about Leasecomm.
