Only 4 of the 33 sets of vinyl casement windows that were installed in October will close. The vinyl clad glass units severely warped. Requested a warranty claim form in August which after several letters to Ohio & DE I did finally receive in September, which I promptly sent back with pictures and other documentation & haven't heard a word since (its now the end of December). I've had to install plastic sheeting on the inside of the windows because they don't close - absolutely ridiculous given they are brand new windows. So many phone calls, emails & letters with no response from the Warranty Department.
