From the previous complaints I just read me and my husband just experience the same bad experience from Milestone Credit & Home Inc. Located in 10129 Rosecrans Ave BellFlower CA phone 562 376 4687 with Joe, Peter, Veronica, Kathy, Monica. These are unorganized unprofessional and liars that fraud these property and false advertised this on Craigslist. Me and my husband went there yesterday 4.3.12 after seeing a add on Craigslist and met up with Peter. He start explaining how they work which he made it so good to be true and he gave us a form to fill out and excuse himself to go get some printouts. He came back with some listing of nice property with a low amount that it was too good to be true with a his promises their Realitor works directly with the owners and they have a special going on no security deposit just pay $180 for a 90 day svc or you can canceled within 10 business day from yesterday which we did today 4.4.12 (2 dys of NO svc). He steped out to get more listing and another b. S came in name Joe. Me and my husband had no clue what the heck happen to Peter. He comes with a different amounts on the same property Peter just showed us. We were skeptical about this company now but with the program and offer we say well let's give it a try because they say we can get our $180 back if we canceled it within 10 business days or use their service (Which we didn't at all) up to 90 days and we can canceled it if we don't find anything or get approved. All Joe n Peter ask was for our I. D and if any invictions if no then we are guarantee to get the property requested. Joe gave us map quest w/some property addy attached to go check out these places and if you want to go inside give me a call and we'll give you the lock box code to go in and view it. We fill out a form and pay $180 cash signed by him and he gave us yellow receipt. We took off looked at the first place in Downey there's a for sale sign and when we call he was out of the office. I call from a diff phone now Veronica say his with a client within 1 min apart. We go to a diff location the manager who lives next door stated is a wrong amount and he double ck with the owner same answer. They have no clue where this Realitor got their info from. Went to another place in Cerritos no sign and ppl are still leaving there. Went to another place this a. M in Lakewood and called them and Per Veronica another b. S and Kathy for us to faxed over the addy and they will sch an appt with Ray that works there to come out and show us the place but they would not give out the lock code like they told us the day before. We called the office all day and same answer they're trying to contact the owner.? Is for what if you already have a contract and code with you? We faxed the request for viewing around 10 30am per these 3 unprofessional b. S so call customer svc. They will call us before 5pm. I decided to call the # in front of the property and spoke to the owner himself and he stated he has no Contract with them and he was the owner and has no clue where these ppl got their rental of $1700 w/no security deposit from. His renting out for $2499 w/sec dep of $3000. I went BA k to the office Peter comes out and say I'll be in there like he does best he goes and get Veronica cause he only deals with paper work! Printing out map quest is his only paper work. Veronica comes sat in front of us andlied and say "oh we don't deal with management only the owner" I say well I just got off the phone with the owner and you suppose to call us by 5pm its now 5 20PM. She excuse herself and come bk with another lie on top of another lie "Kathy just spoke w him and his out of town" I picked up the phone called the owner Lee and he stated no one called or sch any appt to go see my property. Veronica comes bk in the room and I informed her what the owner just told me and she kept b. S us saying "But Kathy sch you tomorrow at 3pm". I told the owner since he was on the phone and he say "that's not true at ALL".. From this point 2 days if no svc and round around we were done with them and request today 4.4.12 our refund. Veronica gives us a form with the address to send it to in Rancho Cucamonga with no contact # on the form. Its now 6 05pm and she picked up and I ask her about any contact # so we can keep track of our refund and stated there's no number we will get our refund within 10 business days and she's close it's pass 6pm.
I told her I just read a complaint and same b. S we have been dealing with for 2 days exact the same with no svc from them and as cowerds and liars they are she quickly brush me off the phone and say "it's pass 6pm and I am not going to go through all the complaints I am aware if it and just wait 10dys and you will get your refund of $180 have a good evening" I told her she needs to stop lieying and b. S them! I will mailed out a copy of my receipt to 12223 Highland Ave step 106-295 Rancho Cucamonga CA 91739 4.5.2012 and see if this really exits. This company is so full of crap everyone has a different story and they don't have answer machine their office is dusty and look ready to skip out of this location by the way it looks. They claim they're always with clients and I'm there three times and have not seen any but them hanging out in the back room busy printing out map quest and forge false advertise on Craigslist! Please avoid going to this place or call any of these #' 562.376 4687 or 4680 4687 4683 bunch of liars and thieves!!
