I ordered and paid for $5300 worth of kitchen cabinets to Cabinets4less, a kitchen cabinet dealer/broker in early January. Randy Richardson is the director of marketing. Delivery was scheduled in mid February and after more than 50 phone calls and more excuses and lies they have not arrived and have not even been built by the manufacturer since he has not released the money to them.
He talked of refunds for the delay and is still advertising his business as having customer service when the whole company appears to be a sham. They have '101' names and internet sites and misleading info and difficulty responding to me or the BBB. The company is cloaked with a Nevada incorporation, but located in California near Clovis.
All he has to do is give my money (which he has had for almost five months) to the cabinet builder or refund my money in full. The delays with house construction and completion should warrant additional penalties. I plan to bring a wind storm of activity upon his company in the interim. This will hopefully (I can't believe I'm still optimistic) be resolved before my unfinished house drops on him like the wicked witch of the east.
