Ripoff—I ordered my vegetable plants and flowers in April, I'm really hoping to get them in before fall, unable to contact them on the phone

I ordered special plants back in April, none have been recieved and I never recieved any confermation. I have recieved my bank statement and know they have been paid (Visa).

I would like to know if I should just go buy some local plants, it's soon going to be to late to plant.
You can never get through on there phone line.
