Last year we bought a samsung refrigerator and 3 year warranty. On june 23 we noticed it was not working, called for repair service and told first available service would be on june 30th. I thought that was kind of a long wait. (it's a fridge not a washer or dryer!!!)
so on the 30th the tech comes out and doesn't have the part i need, so i have to wait till july 8th (today). Sears used to be a reputable company... I am going to get reimbursed for the food lose, but it's been a real big inconvenience and cost a lot more to feed my family, buying food on a daily basis...
I guess it's cheaper to have less technicians to service the products you sell... Screw the customer... This will be the last thing i ever buy from sears. Ever
Gotta run to the store to buy another bag of ice...
