As a widowed woman of 72 years old, I first contacted Julie at E-Z Flow Innovations on Monday August 29th after tropical storm Irene hit my area. Julie was very warm and helpful. I explained my situation about having my gutters cleaned. Julie assured me that Rob would come to my home later in the later to provide me with a free estimate. I was delighted that someone would rush out. Julie assured me that Rob would me at my home no later than 6:00 P.M. That evening. I waited all day and by 8:00 P.M. I gave up hope. I called the office one again and left a message.
The next morning, Julie returned my call - apologetic for Rob and the inconvenience that he had caused me. I agreed to give them another chance. She told me Rob would arrive at my residence no later than 2 P.M. Again, I waited all day with my teacup poodle Pom Pom. At almost 3:30 P.M. He pulled into my driveway with his Mercedes.
Rob was pleasant enough. He walked around my house with an instrument wheel measuring footage. I would think he would need a later, but the man was tall and just stepped up onto my railing and looked on to my roof-I thought this was strange. I only called for a free estimate on gutter cleaning but I was told thatt I was in need of a new roof because there were shingles damaged from the storm. He told me that I would have severe roof damage this coming winter because of my roof condition and I should investing in a new shingles, and new gutters.
I was overwhelmed and contacted my insurance company directly! A gentleman came out 2 days later to examine the damage. When he arrived, he assured me I did NOT need a new roof, or new gutters. I was just in need of some gutter repair service and cleaning.
I then contacted E-Z flow once again. Since I did not wish to speak with Julie again, I asked to speak with Rob, the proprietor. Julie was very short with me, but told me Rob would be in contact with me later that day. At about 3:30 P.M. Rob contacted me. I explained to him what my insurance agent has said. Rob became very upset and told me that my agent was a "lying a*hole" and must have dropped out of the 8th grade. When I tried to explain the problem, he raised his voice and and yelled at me. I must admit, I was startled and yelled back telling him his mother must not have raised him right. He then called me a NASTY OLD B*CH and D*HEBAG. I was so astounded, that I hung up and called my daughter promptly.
I will never do business with Rob or his associates again. I only pray this man has will see the srror of his ways,
