In July 1998, we bought Bruce Traffic Area Laminate floor (in a lighting Walnut shade) for the home/dining area. Last March we realized that the floor was rotating green where sunlight found about it. We'd stored a container in the floor along side our bill that confirmed that there's a fifteen (15) year guarantee on all residential installations. Often the shop where the floor was bought might look after any warranty problems. Within our situation the shop that people had bought the floor from choose to go from company. In October I approached Armstrong for that very first time concerning the floor. I talked with Tommy. First he refused the floor was under warranty for discoloration. Kristina had explained in May that she'd the bills. On June 10 I sent the bill again to Pamela. She named me later that evening and stated that she didn't possess the fax. 24 hours later, she named and stated that she did possess the fax with both bills.

On June 12, I obtained a launch that I had been designed to signal and ship back. The launch mentioned that I've obtained cash for that floor which Armstrong doesn't have further responsibility.
