I was initially asked for 2500 dollars but they settled for 1500 dollars. I began talking with Lamont Lloyd, then Fabian Lun, then Amber Elias. After about a year they would not return calls or emails so I began talking with my lender myself. Suddenly, 4 months later, Lamont calls stating my lender wants to settle my loan modification but will need an additional application fee to process paper work. I then called my lender and was informed they never worked with New Hope or Spirit Financial, there was no pending modification, and they wanted additional information from me. My lender stated they do not charge for modifications or to do paper work if approved. When looking for loan modification it is best to do the work yourself and save money from scam artists like New Hope and Spirit Financial! A word to the wise!
