We hired Gregs (Greg Dickerson-owner) Seamless Guttering to replace our roof, which our insurance paid for in full. The company sent untrained (and probably undocumented Mexicans) who spoke no English over to do the work, but did not send a supervisor. They did shoddy and faulty work, which resulted in a leak that damaged our newly installed cork floor. They also did not remove our gutters before working on the roof. As a result, they scratched, dented, cracked, and otherwise tore up our gutters when they placed their ladders against the gutters, walked up and down with roofing materials, threw down old roofing on the gutters, and stood in the gutters as they worked. They also slashed several cuts through a rubber pad we had over a flat roof, and repaired it by gluing the slashes together. At our insistence, they finally sent someone over to put two overlapping layers of a lining material, but left it without sealing the seam between the two layers.
