Presented contractor license # that was not his, used far inferior products, maliciously destroyed personal property

Lionel Cervantes used substandard materials, e.G., he put in far cheaper carpet than the product I had chosen, he did not finish work even at a satisfactorily acceptable level, disconnected his phone the very next day, gave me a contractor's license # that was not his own, stole tools from my garage, and maliciously destroyed a my personal property (an extensive wine collection).
