Rick Marco is a schyster. He gave a good estimate, but i soon found out why. He is a poorly skilled contractor and used the cheapest materials that should not even been used for the job. When questioned he became argumentive. Most of the time, when he showed up he was drunk. I eventually had to fire him & get another contractor. I wound up suing him at the district magistrate. He should not have a license or is a poor excuse for a human being. No morals or ethics!
