After purchasing what i thought were the best bronze 1" sprinkler valves (14) and spending over $5000.00 with this company. One of these Rainbird valves continually stuck on, washing away soil in my newly landscaped yard. The other 13 valves worked perfectly.in trying to exchange this one valve, the store manager Greg refused to honor the warranty, he stated no good reason to refuse except that he seemed upset by the return.in refusing to warranty the valve my landscape contractor is looking for another supplier. Imagine losing a contractor that spends appx $100,000. Per year for the price of a $104.00 valve. Bad managment to say the least.
