I purchased a dual Serenity Swing from Comfort Solutions Inc at a festival in NV. Cost $1600. Would give me a $100 off if I paid by check instead of credit card. But I had no check so on the VISA it went. Delivery was to be in 2-3 weeks. I called several times, and assured me it was on it's way. Parts were missing, parts were back-ordered, etc. Kept dragging on until the 30 day credit card period had passed. Then he stopped answering his phone. Finally got through by using a different number. Confronted him on my merchandise. Phone was stolen so he couldn't make any calls. You have a question, he has an excuse as to why he can't deliver it.
Finally got a full name to go with the business and did a background check. This guy is bad news. Stay away unless you just flat out want to give him your money.
I am in the process of suing him, but I have to go to Idaho to file and have him served because that is his business is located.
I found out he is doing a circuit of home shows and festivals across Oregon, Nevada, California, and possibly Utah.
The sample is a very nice product so it's easy to get sucked in. But in researching with some that actually gotten the swing, it wasn't as heavy as the one demonstrated.
Six complaints have been filed with the BBB. 4 for delivery and 2 for product switching. I will be filing mine with the BBB shortly.
