I hired United Window Warehouse last year to install 4 Traco Windows in my home. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!!! Do not hire them!!! First of all it took 6 months to complete a job they said would take 2 days. Second, Traco window are poor quality. Like driving a Honda instead of a BMW or Mercedes.
They started the job, intalled the windows but then left all the framing open on the outside and inside for 6 months. They then send 2 more guys to finish the job over a 6 month period after compaining, and these guys didn't know what they were doing. They didn't even have tools... I had to lend them mine. They didn't even do the job with a permit after I made it clear I wanted one to the salesperson.
When I complained that I was not going to pay them, they threatened to put a lean against my house. The representative even insulted my wife when she called to complain. They are rude, and unprofessional and do not need to be given anymore jobs... Lets put these crooks out of business!
